You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
Orders
All sales of digital goods are final once downloaded, subject to the Refund policy.
Payments and pricing
All prices are shown in EUR and include any applicable VAT; the final amount is displayed at checkout before you confirm your order. We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), processed by a third-party PCI DSS-certified payment service provider — Iconivora does not receive or store your full card details. Products are digital and made available for download immediately after payment is approved; there is no physical shipment.
Chargebacks
If you have a concern about a charge, contact us at info@iconivora.com before opening a chargeback with your bank or card issuer — most issues (failed downloads, billing errors, duplicate charges) are resolved within 1–2 business days. Where a chargeback is raised against a validly fulfilled order, POLYHAUS LTD may contest it using order and download records. Repeated or fraudulent chargebacks may lead to account suspension.
