Payment data and PCI DSS
We do not store, process or transmit your full payment-card details on our own servers. Card payments are handled by our PCI DSS-certified payment service provider over an encrypted (TLS) connection, with 3-D Secure 2 (Strong Customer Authentication) where required by your bank. We retain only the transaction reference, the card type and last four digits, and your billing name and email — for receipts, refunds and chargeback evidence. We never receive or store your full card number, expiry date, CVV/CVC or PIN.
